Urban Land Conservancy Construction in Rodolfo "Corky" Gonzales Branch Library Parking Lot
Parking Impact: Construction will reduce available parking, but DPL will maintain the same number of spaces post-construction.
Timeline: Construction is underway with expected completion late 2025. The library will remain open throughout.
