When a cadre of heavily-armed LAPD officers ambush a South-Central gang known as Street Thunder, the remaining members shift their focus to the only recourse they have: revenge. Cut-to newly promoted highway patrolman Lt. Ethan Bishop, one of two unwary officers keeping watch of the soon to be closed local Precinct 13, recently decommissioned and ripe for the plucking. As Street Thunder's siege begins, Lt. Bishop has no choice but to turn to the only weapons he has, a modest assortment of guns and a small group of prisoners awaiting transportation to the state penitentiary. With the lines between convict and cop now blurred, can these makeshift mercenaries come together on their one and only shared interest: staying alive at all costs...?
