The Denver Public Library is a recipient of the Healthy Food for Denver's Kids (HFDK) grant. The grant, launched by the Denver Department of Public Health & Environment (DDPHE), aims to support healthy food access and food based education for youth.

Healthy Food Boxes: The Growhaus

We are partnering with local food access experts, The Growhaus, to distribute healthy food boxes full of fresh produce, dairy, and food to families with youth 18 and under, as part of the Healthy Food for Denver's Kids Initiative.
