Event Details

Memory Cafe is a social and educational group for people experiencing memory loss and their families and caregivers. It is a safe place to socialize, relax and learn without the fear of stigma. Each cafe has a program followed by socializing so that people can connect with others with shared experiences. We do not provide formal care or supervision.

This Month: Together, percussionists Chadzilla & Ed Contreras show the roots of modern American music. From Africa to the Middle East, to South America and the
Caribbean...  audiences will enjoy the great drumming, education, and humor that is Istari!  Hands on interaction with percussion instruments from
Africa, South America, the Caribbean, and the Middle East, as well as dance!
