Ford-Warren: One branch one story

Julie has been bringing Maggie and Evelyn, an adorable set of twins since they were only about 5 months old to bookbabies. I remember when they were in their stroller and Julie would put the blankets on the floor for them to sit while we sang songs and looked at board books. Now they are happily walking around during bookbabies and they love books. Maggie sometimes even walks up to me and takes the book that I am using. She will point to the book and tell me something in her own baby language and take the book.

Chrichlow Family at Ford-Warren

The Crichlow family visits the Ford-Warren Branch Library on a daily basis. The family owns a neighborhood bike shop and they travel everywhere on their bikes even when it is raining.

They always check out large quantities of books and they put them inside their bike pannier to travel home. Some of Jade’s favorites include the Geronimo Stilton series, cooking, and sewing books. In addition to signing up for the Summer Reading Program they also attended various other programs at the library.
