Our new calendar makes it simple to find and attend events. With improved filters and a user-friendly search bar, you can quickly explore programs, whether they’re virtual, at your local branch, or offsite. Registering for events and managing attendance is simple, leaving you more time to enjoy what matters. In addition to updating our events calendar, we’ve made reserving library spaces simpler and more convenient. These new features are designed to give you greater flexibility, save you time, and provide options for every need–whether you’re looking for privacy and quiet or a community room to collaborate and engage.
- Plan Ahead: No more waiting or guessing whether or not a study room is available. Reserve a study room for up to two hours per day, up to seven days in advance.
- More Locations: Browse and book study rooms at any location, choose the time and place that suit your needs, and know your spot is guaranteed.
- Mobile Friendly Booking: Use your phone or tablet to reserve a space anytime, anywhere.
- Quick Check-In: Save time by reserving your community room and providing your library card information in one easy step.
Flexible Cancellations: Change of plans? Cancel your reservation online using the link in your confirmation email.
Our new system will go live on March 10. To prepare for these updates, the ability to make new reservations will be paused from February 24 to March 10 as we transition to the new system. Existing reservations will be honored. Whether you’re a regular customer or visiting for the first time, there’s something here for everyone. We can’t wait to welcome you!
