Newman Center Holiday Music Series Tickets

We are delighted to announce that the Newman Center has partnered with the Denver Public Library to provide library customers with tickets for select music and theater performances. The Newman Center is a multi-disciplinary arts venue at the University of Denver that provides innovative, diverse, and thought-provoking performance and education opportunities that enable the community to be engaged, inspired, and connected through the arts.

  • Tickets will be awarded through a random lottery. A permanent DPL library card in good standing is required 
  • Winners will be notified by an email notification within a few days of the lottery 
  • You will receive two tickets to the performance
  • Tickets will be held at will call under the name provided for the lottery. Visit the box office on the night of the show and present a valid ID

December 1st at 7:30pm - Damien Sneed 
Multi-instrumentalist and vocalist Damien Sneed brings his Joy to the World: A Christmas Musical Journey to the Newman Center. Featuring gospel music, spirituals and holiday carols, Damien Sneed has worked with such mega-talents as Wynton Marsalis, Aretha Franklin and Stevie Wonder.

December 7th at 7:30pm - ArtistiCO presents Fiestas NavideƱas: A Christmas Celebration
Denver's own Latinx dance ensemble ArtistiCO presents a dance celebration of holiday traditions from the country of Mexico featuring over 50 dancers including guest international artists.

December 12th at 7:30pm - The Swingles
Celebrate the season with joyous holiday music from the UK's Grammy award-winning a cappella group The Swingles.
