This project will provide capital maintenance and improvement projects for the Bear Valley Branch Library, which may include replacement of HVAC and other end-of-life building systems.

Comprehensive renovation and end-of-life replacements of the second and third floors, including accessibility improvements, museum renovations, technology upgrades, lighting, and fire safety improvements.

Project Description:
This project will provide a comprehensive renovation and historic preservation, which could include but is not limited to infrastructure updates, mechanical exhaust upgrades, fire alarm and PA system replacements, LED lighting upgrades with controls, and improvements to security, plumbing, exterior façade, restrooms, storage space, and accessibility.

This project will provide a comprehensive renovation, which could include, but is not limited to, infrastructure and HVAC building systems updates, space modernization, and outdoor seating.

This project will provide bond funding for the construction of a new library intended to be co-located with a privately developed affordable housing facility.
