How can citizens connect with local governments and services to improve the community? What works, what doesn’t, where, and why?

Join our six week guided discussion, using free online learning tools from the World Bank Group. At the kickoff on Oct. 25, we'll provide an overview of the program and help attendees get signed up for a free online EdX account to access the study materials. Then we'll follow along each week with a guided discussion of that week's citizen engagement ideas. All are welcome!
