Event Details
Uniting body, breath and mind can help improve life regardless of age or fitness level. Each session will involve safe, simple, supported yoga sequences followed by a different meditation practice every session. Participants are encourage to bring a mat, towel, water, and loose comfortable clothing to wear. If you don't have a yoga mat, there will be extras to use.
