Program Description

Event Details

The two major documents required for a Board for Certification of Genealogists (BCG) portfolio are a Case Study and a Kinship Determination Project (KDP). While you may never submit a portfolio to BCG, knowledge in writing them are important skills whether written for a client or for personal use. We will define the types, devise a reasonable format, and provide tips for writing each. Our focus will be to sharpen your writing skills so the work products you provide your clients are even better. And, who knows? Maybe you will submit a portfolio one day.

More information on the program, and a registration link, can be found here.
