How would your relationships and sex life be different if you had been taught about pleasure without guilt or shame? The possibilities are endless, diverse and beautifully unique. So many of us are affected by a strong sexual script that we get from our childhoods, religion and media. Often that makes for boring, unsatisfying sex that isn’t worth desiring, yet we blame ourselves for not fitting into an unrealistic sexual mold.

Caitlin Bovard, a sex therapist in the Denver area, has a superpower to talk about sex like the weather. In this web series, she explains what intimacy, desire and eroticism really are and how to apply these to you. You will leave with resources and language to explore pleasure and connection with yourself and your partner -- all toward living your best sex life.
