Program Description

Event Details

With the deadline fast approaching for single units to have a license and as part of the City and County of Denver’s ongoing outreach efforts, there will be a free in-person question-and-answer session about the program as well as application support on Tuesday, December 12 from 1 to 3:30 p.m. at the Sam Gary Branch Library.

The event will start with a 40-minute overview presentation of the residential rental property licensing program and a general question-and-answer session. A signup sheet will be available for one-on-one help from Excise and Licenses staff after the presentation. Depending on the volume who sign up, wait times could be substantial.

Computers will be available for public use to apply for the license during the session. There also will be Spanish- and Mandarin-speaking staff members available to help.

To request a sign language interpreter or real time captioning via CART Services, please contact SignLanguageServices@denvergov.org or call 720-913-8487, with a minimum three (3) business day notice. To request other accommodations, please contact programs@denverlibrary.org.

Automated voice-to-text captioning is available for all virtual programs. Need help getting set up?
