Event Details

Qi Gong is the cornerstone of traditional Chinese medicine. Sometimes called "meditation in motion,” it includes slow, dance-like movements to improve breathing, reduce stress, and gently move the body.

The Park Hill Branch Library offers ample street parking, particularly on Montview Boulevard. Please note: parking for persons with mobility impairment is available on Montview Blvd. A ramp to access the Dexter entrance begins on Montview. A second ramp on Dexter will bring you to the entrance.

We will meet in the Community Room, which is located in the basement of the branch. There are both stairs and an elevator which will take you to the lower level of the library.

All levels and abilities are welcome at this memory friendly event!
