Program Description

Event Details

Combining print and other techniques like paint and stencils, wheat paste art allows artists to create some work ahead of time for murals and smaller pieces. In this hands-on virtual workshop hosted by the RiNo Art District and Denver Public Library, instructor Shawn Bowman will discuss the history of this style and talk about its influence in arts activism. We'll also meet local wheat paste artists and learn about their work and how to take these skills out into the world.
