Try out a new creative project at home and then share your results in this weekly online gathering of makers!

Learn Make Share is a weekly series from the ideaLAB team. Every Tuesday we publish a new video to YouTube on a maker topic that you can follow along with, and the following Tuesday we host an online discussion about it.

This week we’re talking about creating a game with Scratch, a free online coding environment where you can make and share games, animations, and interactive stories! Scratch is a visual coding environment where you can drag together code blocks to build a program, making trying out programming fun and easy. The full video tutorial will post on Tuesday, September 8.

Bring a project you’ve made or a work in progress to share, connect with other makers in the community, or ask  questions you might have about tools and techniques. This is a casual community conversation, and makers of all skill levels are welcome.

Our Meetup will be held on Google Meet at https://meet.google.com/dmq-nhdp-zet. No Google Account or sign-in is required. If you would prefer to call in, you can dial ‬423-845-4863‬ and then enter the PIN ‪950 908 786‬#
