Event Details

The Denver Public Library will honor African American community leaders at the annual Juanita Gray Community Service Awards and the Blacks in Colorado Hall of Fame ceremony.  

The ceremony is from 1:30 p.m.-2:30 p.m. Reception to follow.

Please join us in person and virtually as we honor Black folks who make outstanding contributions to the community and who exemplify the ideals and spirit represented by Gray’s commitment to the Denver community.

The event is free and open to the public. If you can't attend in person, join us via Zoom on the day of the event, or register below if you'd like to receive an email reminder. After registering, you will receive a confirmation email with instructions on how to join virtually.

Juanita Gray Award winners will be announced during the ceremony.
