If your day doesn’t start until after your first cup of coffee, this is the book club for you. Join Amanda M. Faison, the former food editor of 5280 Magazine, and Elle Taylor, local barista and owner of Amethyst Coffee Co., for a discussion that dives deep into our favorite beverage. Check out this month’s book, The World Atlas of Coffee: From Beans to Brewing, written by 2007 World Barista Champion James Hoffmann. Bonus: Samples.
