What’s Valentine’s Day without chocolate? Join food writer Amanda M. Faison and Sienna Trapp-Bowie of Boulder-based Fortuna Chocolate to discuss the prized treat. They’ll dissect the meaning of bean-to-bar, talk technique and wax rhapsodic about recipes. Pick up a copy of Chocolate Desserts, by Pierre Hermé ahead of time and come for the chat. Bonus: Samples!
