The Community Resource Specialist meets with customers to assist in navigating community systems that may help achieve goals. Stop by during our drop-in hours to speak to someone who can help connection you to the following resources: Shelter, Housing, Food, SNAP and Medicaid, Mental Health Care, Medical Care, Substance Use Treatment, Hygiene Products and more. Just ask!
