Event Details

The Advance Directives Workshop is a compelling, interactive, learning experience that creatively approaches with poignant storytelling and humor the difficult questions that we all need to answer about our end-of-life healthcare wishes and choices. Attendees will receive all of the information, materials and guidance necessary to complete their Advance Directives for healthcare.
