Event Details

Tomorrow’s Choices is a local nonprofit who empowers individuals to make informed end-of-life decisions. At this virtual workshop you'll learn about writing your Advance Directives for medical care. We'll cover starting healthcare conversations with family, friends, clergy and physicians; choosing agents to speak for you in the event that you cannot speak for yourself; and writing your choices about the care you want – or don’t want – to receive toward the end of your life.

The workshop is guided by trained facilitators and includes short video presentations and opportunities for questions. All the paperwork necessary to complete your advance directives will be provided.

Please register below and the meeting link and your advance directives paperwork will be emailed to you. Email adelpo@denverlibrary.org if you need assistance or have questions.

To request a sign language interpreter or real time captioning via CART Services, please contact SignLanguageServices@denvergov.org or call 720-913-8487, with a minimum three (3) business day notice. To request other accommodations, please contact programs@denverlibrary.org.

Automated voice-to-text captioning is available for all virtual programs. Need help getting set up?
