Chocolate Spokes: Tune-up and Taste

The Denver Museum of Nature & Science is currently featuring a special exhibit on Chocolate. Learn how to perform a quick tune-up and the bean to bar philosophy of chocolate making. This sourcing and making process is much like his own process of building bikes—from the ground up. Be sure to stay after for a special chocolate tasting!
