How it Works
- One (1) Library membership per group/business
- Valid for four (4) years from issuance with the opportunity to renew if in good standing
- Checkouts permitted by any individual in possession of the card, while all responsibility lies with the primary signers of the group/business.

How to Apply
- Write a permissions letter on official company letterhead requesting a Group/Business card and accepting responsibility for all materials borrowed on the card. The highest official in the organization's Denver office must sign the letter.
- Complete the application form below.
- Upload the signed letter to the application form.
What to Expect
Once the library receives your submission, is reviewed and confirmed with the Secretary of State or Denver County Tax Office, you can expect the group/business card to be mailed to the business address included in the application form.
