Event Details

To match the play Amerikin from Curious Theatre Company, we’ll be reading a compelling biography of one of the young stars of white supremacy. When college starts, Eli Saslow is a leader in the alt-right subculture. Within a few years, he’s experienced an absolute change of heart. Join DPL and Curious Theatre as we discuss common themes between Saslow’s Rising Out of Hatred and Chisa Hutchinson’s Amerikin. Please sign up here: www.curioustheatre.org/bookclub/

We will meet after the show in Mamie's, the theatre's backstage space.

Free on-street parking along Acoma is available. The theatre's wheelchair entrance is near the handicap accessible parking in the lot adjacent to the theatre. Because this door is not staffed at all times, please mention in the sign-up form linked above if you'll be using the wheelchair entrance so theatre staff may greet you.

To request a sign language interpreter or real time captioning via CART Services, please contact SignLanguageServices@denvergov.org or call 720-913-8487, with a minimum three (3) business day notice. To request other accommodations, please contact programs@denverlibrary.org.

Automated voice-to-text captioning is available for all virtual programs. Need help getting set up?
