Join us for an evening with Dr. Michael Greger, founder of nutritionfacts.org and New York Times bestselling author of How Not to Die. He will discuss his latest title, How Not to Age: The Scientific Approach to Getting Healthier as You Get Older. The talk will cover evidence-based,  non-pharmacological methods to slow the effects of aging.
