This one hour program takes the audience on an eye opening and fascinating journey as it explores the mysterious lives of the various species of owls found here in Colorado. Throughout the program, audience members broaden their understanding of these reclusive yet remarkably successful raptors by participating in activities that focus on the awesome adaptations of owls. Live owls are presented during the program.

Join us for the Nursery Rhyme Olympics! Kids can try their hand in a series of nursery rhyme-themed events like “Jack Be Nimble hurdles” and “Pin the Spider on Miss Muffet” and win their very own Olympic medals!
You’re invited to a yoga getaway! Caregivers will get time to move and breathe in a safe and non-judgmental environment. Babies will watch and participate in the class. No yoga experience necessary, but please bring a towel or mat.

Join staff at the Ross-Cherry Creek Branch Library for a magical storytime extravaganza! We will share stories, songs, a puppet show and a craft. Any child, age 2-6, is welcome to attend. We will also provide a light snack.
You and your family are invited to join us every third Saturday of the month for art and literacy activities hosted by the Chicano Humanities and Arts Council (CHAC). This month, you will hear stories from Aztec mythology and learn how to make a clay sun or moon.
Light refreshments will be provided.
