Accordion maestro, Dan Tulinko, will demonstrate the fascinating versatility of the instrument nicknamed the ‘one man band’ known for its ability to carry and create both the harmonic and melodic structure of a song at the same time. In celebration of Mexican culture and Cinco de Mayo, Fresh City Life hosts a stand just outside our west entrance. Come by to sample some traditional aguas frescas (which means fresh waters), light and refreshing beverages made from fruit juices, fresh fruit and other natural ingredients. Adam Agee and Jon Sousa are two of Colorado’s most sought-after traditional Irish musicians. Since 2004, they have been journeying together through the Irish idiom on fiddle, guitar, and tenor banjo, enchanting listeners on both sides of the Atlantic Ocean. Adam and Jon have put down musical roots in County Clare, where they lived together, and now make frequent visits. Ever wanted to make your own Minecraft mod? We'll be using tools called Eclipse and Minecraft Forge to make our own custom items, blocks, and crafting recipes. Geek alert: this requires coding. We'll be using the Java programming language. If you're familiar with it, that's great, but noobs are welcome too.
