Have you ever wanted to create an homage to your favorite movie? Seen a color combination that made you feel like dancing? Then fingerpainting with fluff might be for you. Learn the basics of drop spindle spinning with expert spinner Desirea Holton. Students will explore using color, texture and pattern to create a story in yarn. Desirea will also demonstrate advanced spinning techniques and discuss more complex fiber combinations and a touch of color theory. $15 materials fee; all supplies and materials provided. Registration required and will open on Friday, April 6.
