The Center for Colorado Women's History offers free admission to DPL Cardholders!

The Center for Colorado Women's History joins Denver Public Library's museum and cultural pass program.

The Center focuses on the bold stories, memories, and experiences of women of Colorado. Located in the heart of Denver, The Center offers exhibits, personalized tours, and special events year-round. Take a stroll through our museum on a 45-minute guided tour.

The Center is located within an Italianate style historic home built in 1883, and restored to the 1912-1924 period. Visitors will find themselves surrounded by domestic objects and art of a bygone era. See keepsakes and mementos from the past, while hearing remarkable stories of Colorado’s women pioneers.

Admission is valid for two adults. Kids 18 and under are free. Print or display your pass for entry at the front desk during check-in.

The historic house is on view by guided tour:

  • Tour times are 10:30 a.m., 11:30 a.m., 12:30 p.m., 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m., Monday to Saturday. 
  • Sunday tours are at 1:30 p.m., 2:30 p.m., and 3:30 p.m.
