Fresh City Life is throwing in with the creative teens at MCAs Failure Lab for their upcoming Pop-Up Shop. The Museum of Contemporary Art Denver’s Teen Program: Failure Lab hosts the Teen Pop-Up shop to highlight the creativity and art exploration of high school-age teen crafters. Join Fresh City Life at our station and make a free button while you enjoy the work of local teen artisans. The event is free for teens and just one penny admission for everyone else. Connecting Vecinos is proud to present artist and educator Javier Flores. After a short artist talk, Javier will lead us through the history and process of monotype printmaking. During the workshop, you will have the opportunity to make your own monotype print.

Please bring a few images or photographs to reference when creating your unique monotype design.

All ages are welcome and we encourage the entire family to participate. There is no cost to attend. Please note that participation is limited to 20 people on a first come, first served basis.
