Reviewer Rating:

The highlights of this sci-fi graphic novel include some beautiful art as the characters experience travel through space-time and an alien population of lizard people who humorously call humans "sweat-drippers." There are creative moments in Seven Against Chaos, but the characters and storyline are cliché and by its end all the female characters are dead. Also, some of the entertaining and imaginative value is removed from science fiction when you read it in graphic novel form, but the heavy and detailed narration in Seven Against Chaos still allows the same effect as if it weren't all drawn out for you.
