Finally, my first ebook. I don't know why it took me so long! I liked the automatic bookmark feature that remembered my place when I stopped reading. How convenient! However, this was a heavily-illustrated book, and I felt like the format didn't do the images justice.  They seemed a little distorted, but that didn't bother me too much after a few pages.  I'd like to see it in paper format!

Now, for the story, shall we?  

Once upon a time, there were two miserable orphans, laboring under a gruff master.  Not far away, there was a beautiful castle, inhabited by the king and queen and their children.  The king was often confused, the queen often bored, and the children often longed for different lives.  When a royal thief makes off with a mysterious package, the two orphans find themselves entangled in a mystery, and an entirely new life within the castle walls. T

This middle-grade fairy tale is engaging, lightly comedic, and sure to appeal to the Harry Potter-loving crowd.
