To Reserve a Meeting Space at the Central Library
Email or call Hannah Miles, Event Coordinator (Tuesday & Thursday 8:30 a.m.- 5 p.m.) at email@example.com, 720-865-2045. Please provide the following information:
- The Central Library meeting space you are requesting
- Date and time of meeting
- Number of attendees
- Special request such as AV equipment, catering, setup needs
The Central Library schedules meetings during open hours only. The exception is for receptions in the Vida Ellison Gallery. The fee for the Gallery is $2,500 plus additional fees for Security.
Requests for meeting room space are handled on a first-come, first-served basis. Large or complex meetings or events require that you meet with the Event Coordinator. If your organization is a 501c3, you may qualify for a 50 percent discount. If you are planning an event that will require liquor liability insurance, the reservation process should be initiated at least 60 days prior to the event.

Central Study Rooms
Study rooms (for 2-3 people) are available on Floors 2 and 3. These rooms are free of charge and available on a first-come basis. No reservations are accepted for study rooms.
