Light refreshments, games, door prizes and a free gift will be available to attendees.
The “Botanical Expressions” exhibit will display an array of botanical (of or related to plants or botany) inspired quilts mounted on canvas, traditional as well as larger textile works of art designed and created by members of the Rocky Mountain Wa Shonaji Quilt Guild.
Though predominantly of African-American ancestry, the RMWSQG celebrates ethnic diversity in membership, as well as in the many different patterns displayed in their quilts. For information about the guild visit their website.
