Three Things Letter Writing and Performance Workshop for Older Adults: Write, Perform, Heal

Is there something you’ve always wanted to say but haven’t been able to? In this workshop, you will use the arts of letter writing and performance to express what you’ve been holding onto, engage in the healing process, and experience joy.

In this intimate six-week workshop, you will reflect on meaningful past relationships, get vulnerable as you make connections, take risks within a new creative community, engage in fun activities, and grow your writing and performance skills. At the end of this workshop, you will have a written 5-minute piece to share in front of a live audience along with an audio recording of your performance.

This program is designed for people 50+ and registration is required. Register below. By registering for this program, you are registering for all 6 sessions. All materials provided, no prior experience necessary.
