Come learn the basics of Tai Chi in this 6 week series for beginners. Tai Chi is a full body exercise and a moving meditation that is a tool for maintaining and building health.
This workshop runs for 6 weeks, and each session builds on what we learned in the previous sessions. All workshops are on Fridays from 11:00 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. The dates are March 3, 10, 17, 24, 31, and April 7.
