Event Details

Are you passionate about social justice and want to connect with like-minded individuals? We will meet virtually and in-person over tea and have lively discussions on topics around injustice and inequality. This month we will be discussing Barefoot Dreams of Petra Luna by Alda P. Dobbs and In the Spirit of a dream : Thirteen Stories of American Immigrants of Color by Aida Salazar

If you haven’t read the book or finished, you are welcomed to join. You should be ok with possible spoilers.

This book club is tailored for adults. It's a hybrid program and you can attend either in-person at Bob Ragland Branch or virtually on Google Meet. Details on how to meet up online will be emailed. Please include your email address in your registration.

Program will not be recorded.
