Para solicitar SNAP, favor de traer:

  • una identificación
  • tarjeta del seguro social (por lo menos un miembro de la familia necesitará tener un número de seguro)
  • comprobante de ingresos mensuales
  • gastos mensuales como renta o hipoteca, electricidad, agua, etc.

SNAP ASSISTANCE

 

Do you need help applying for snap or have questions about eligibility?

 

A SNAP representative will be available to help fill out the application (or to get re-certified) and will answer questions.

 

SNAP:

Supplemental nutrition assistance program, formerly known as

food stamps.

 

To apply for SNAP, please bring:

  • your i.d.
  • social security card (at least 1 family member needs to have a SSN)
  • proof of monthly income
  • bills/expenses, such as rent or mortgage, electricity, water, trash, etc.
