During this two-day event, people from the Denver community will bring up to three personal items for a 15-minute one-on-one professional consultation with an expert on how to care for their items.  The specialists will serve as reviewers, not appraiser, and will not determine monetary values of the personal items.  The set-up will be similar to the PBS “Antique Roadshow.”

Register to attend a one-on-one session with preservation specialists and receive a professional review of your family treasures and heirlooms. Attendees will gain insight into the historical significance of their items and best practices for preservation.  https://nmaahc.si.edu/event/hometown-treasures-denver-co
