Description: Monta Lee writes: “I grew up hearing that my Granddad had delivered mail in Alaska by dogsled. Yeah sure, we always said. Until I found a photo of him with dogs. That led to a trip to Alaska to see what more I could find out about this guy who left everyone behind in a small town in southwestern Sweden called Älmeboda to seek his fortune in a place surrounded by soaring mountains in Alaska.”
