Explore the fascination people have had with the Red Planet through history and into the modern era. From Percival Lowell's canals and oases to more recent NASA exploration and mapping, Dr. Hynek, an Associate Professor with the CU Geosciences Dept. who specializes in the natural history of Mars, will explain how the mapping of Mars has changed our perceptions over time.
