Event Details

Any property with more than one unit offered for rent for more than 30 days must have applied for a residential rental license by Jan. 1, 2023. Single units have until January 1, 2024 to apply for a license. As part of our ongoing outreach efforts there will be an in person Q&A session for program questions, as well as application support. A limited number of laptops will be available for public use during this session. 

 Please share this information with any rental property owners/managers and encourage them to sign up for the residential rental property informational bulletin to receive news and updates about the program as they become available. If you have questions please email licenses@denvergov.org.
