Event Details

With the deadline fast approaching for single units to have a license and as part of the City and County of Denver’s ongoing outreach efforts, there will be a third free in-person question-and-answer session about the program as well as application support on Tuesday, October 10, from 10am to 12:30pm at the Ross University Hills Library.

The event will start with a 40-minute overview presentation of the residential rental property licensing program and a general question-and-answer session. A signup sheet will be available for one-on-one help from Excise and Licenses staff after the presentation. Depending on the volume of who signs up, wait times could be substantial.

Computers will be available for public use to apply for the license during the session. There also will be Spanish- and Mandarin-speaking staff members available to help. If you have questions please email licenses@denvergov.org
