With the deadline fast approaching for single units to have a license and as part of the City and County of Denver’s ongoing outreach efforts, there will be a third free in-person question-and-answer session about the program as well as application support on Tuesday, Sept. 19 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. at the Sam Gary Branch Library.

The event will start with a 40-minute overview presentation of the residential rental property licensing program and a general question-and-answer session.
