Learn how to navigate awkward conversations about race, avoid microaggressions and missteps and gain clarity on how to proceed with respectful and collaborative dialogue. Come with an open mind to discover a better way to not only speak, but to listen and comprehend. Leave with an expanded toolbox, increased confidence and an informed awareness of how others might react.
