Qi Gong is the cornerstone of traditional Chinese medicine. Sometimes called "meditation in motion,” it includes slow, dance-like movements to improve breathing, reduce stress, and gently move the body.
Meet at Highlands Park at the corner of Grove St. and W. Highlands Park Place behind the play structure. If the weather is poor, we will meet inside the community room at the Woodbury Branch Library on the other side of the park. If you are unsure where to meet, ask library staff inside the branch.
