LeeAnn Langdon is a certified Senior Fitness Specialist and personal trainer. She founded Prime of Life Fitness in 2011 to provide fitness programming specifically tailored to the unique needs of older adults. Her focus is helping seniors develop the fitness habits they need to age vibrantly and independently.
