As of January 1, 2024 any property with more than one unit offered for rent for 30 days or more must have applied for a residential rental license. As part of our ongoing outreach efforts there will be an in person overview and Q&A session, as well as application support on 11am-1pm at the Ross University Hills Library at 4310 E Amherst Ave. Computers will be available for public use during this session.
