Las muñecas quitapenas, son originarias de la cultura maya de Guatemala. Según la leyenda, los mayas contaban sus preocupaciones a muñecas pequeñitas antes de irse a dormir, y las muñecas se llevaban sus preocupaciones mientras las personas dormían. Celebra el Mes de la Herencia Hispana y haz unas bonitas muñecas quitapenas para llevar a casa. Ideal para edades entre 5 y 12 años. 

Worry dolls, or Muñeca quitapena, originated from the Mayan culture of Guatemala. According to legend, Mayan people would tell their worries to small dolls before going to sleep, and the dolls would take their worries away while they slept. Celebrate Hispanic Heritage Month and make your own set of Worry Dolls. Ideal for ages 5-12.
